We stand behind every product in the Lexplair store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee.
Our Guarantee
Every document template sold on Lexplair comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you purchase a product and are not satisfied — for any reason — contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
We believe in our products and want you to feel confident buying them. If something is not right, we want to make it right.
What Qualifies for a Refund
- Any purchase made within the last 30 days.
- Single-product purchases and bundle purchases are both covered.
- Refund requests submitted within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@lexplair.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include the email address you used to purchase and a brief description of why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful for us to improve).
- We will confirm your refund request by email and process it promptly.
You do not need to provide extensive documentation or justification.
Processing Time
Once we approve your refund, we process it through Stripe immediately. Funds typically appear back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We have no control over how quickly your bank processes the return.
Exceptions
Our guarantee applies to all purchases. There are no exceptions based on how many times you have downloaded a file or how much of a document you have read. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to process a refund — but we encourage you to reach out anyway and we will do our best to help.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of clear abuse of the guarantee (e.g., repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same product).
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve all legitimate disputes promptly and directly. Chargebacks create unnecessary fees and delays for both parties.
