3. Intellectual Property

All content on Lexplair — including text, tools, calculators, guides, templates, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Lexplair.com and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Purchased document templates are licensed for your personal and business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share purchased documents with third parties. You may not use our content to create competing products or services.

Free tools and articles may be linked to but may not be copied, scraped, or republished without written permission.

4. Purchases and Payment

Document templates are sold as one-time purchases. Upon successful payment via Stripe, you receive immediate access to download the purchased file(s) through your account at lexplair.com/account.

  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • You will receive a purchase confirmation email to the address on your account.
  • Purchases are non-transferable — your license is for your use only.

6. Disclaimers

Lexplair is not a law firm. We are not attorneys. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship. Our tools, guides, and templates are for educational purposes and do not substitute for professional legal, tax, or financial advice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Lexplair after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
